Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Next, Together™, we are committed to supporting you through your journey with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. This policy outlines our payment, refund, and cancellation terms for all coaching services.

Group Coaching Programs

12-Week Cancer Survivors Program & 12-Week Life Transitions Program

Program Investment:

Pay in Full: $1,697
Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of $499 = $1,996 (plus processing fees)

Both programs include:

12 weekly 2-hour group coaching sessions (online)
1 individual one-on-one coaching session
Program materials and resources
Access to session recordings

Enrollment and Refund Window:

Once you enroll and submit payment, you have 7 days to request a full refund if you decide the program is not right for you. This 7-day window ends the day before the program start date.

After the 7-day refund window closes and once the program begins, all payments are non-refundable. When you join a group program, we reserve your spot, plan for your participation, and commit our time and resources to your transformation.

Medical Situations and Compassionate Flexibility:

We understand that life—and especially health challenges—can be unpredictable. If you experience a medical emergency, hospitalization, treatment complications, or other significant health crisis during your program, we offer the following options:

Session Recordings: All group sessions are recorded. If you are unable to attend a live session due to illness, you can access the recording to stay on track with the program.
Medical Pause (One-Time): With documentation from your healthcare provider, you may pause your participation for up to 60 days. You can then resume with the current group when you're able, or transfer to the next available program cohort.
Severe Medical Situations: In cases of recurrence, severe treatment complications, hospice care, or other critical health situations, we will work with you individually to find a compassionate solution. This may include extending your pause period or transferring to a future cohort when you are ready to participate.

Missed Sessions:

If you miss a group session for non-medical reasons, the session is not refundable. However, you will have access to the session recording so you can catch up on your own time.

Payment Plan Terms:

If you choose the payment plan option, payments will continue on the agreed-upon schedule. In the event of a documented medical emergency requiring hospitalization or significant treatment, we may pause your payment plan temporarily on a case-by-case basis.

If you default on payment plan installments without communication or medical documentation, you will lose access to remaining group sessions, and your enrollment will be terminated. No refund will be issued for payments already made.

Early Withdrawal:

If you choose to withdraw from the program after it has started for reasons other than a medical emergency, no refund will be issued. You will retain access to any session recordings from sessions that occurred before your withdrawal.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Custom One-on-One Coaching (Track 3)

Session Investment:

$225 per 1-hour session
Sessions can be purchased individually or in packages

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

To respect both your time and ours, we require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

48+ hours notice: You may reschedule your session at no charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: Your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.

Session Packages:

If you purchase a package of sessions (such as a 4-session or 8-session package), the package is non-refundable. However, your sessions do not expire, and you may use them at your own pace.

Medical Emergencies:

If you experience a medical emergency requiring hospitalization or immediate medical care within 48 hours of your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as you are able. We will work with you to reschedule without penalty, with appropriate documentation.

Single Intensive Session: 2-Hour Deep-Dive Session (Track 4)

Session Investment:

$425 per 2-hour intensive session

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

The same 48-hour cancellation policy applies:

48+ hours notice: You may reschedule your intensive session at no charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: Your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
No-show: Your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.

Processing fees (if applicable to payment plans) are non-refundable.
