REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Next, Together™, we are committed to supporting you through your journey with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. This policy outlines our payment, refund, and cancellation terms for all coaching services.

8-SESSION COACHING PACKAGE

Package Investment: $1,899

Includes:

- 8 one-hour coaching sessions via Zoom
- Welcome gift mailed to you before your first session (book, journal, bookmark, and a personal note from your coach)
- Weekly check-in via email, text, or phone call
- One emergency call during your 8-session package

Refund Window:

Once you enroll and submit payment, you have 7 days to request a full refund if you decide the program is not right for you. After the 7-day refund window closes, all payments are non-refundable. When you commit to a coaching package, we reserve your time, send your welcome gift, and commit our full preparation and care to your experience.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

To respect both your time and ours, we require 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

- 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule your session at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Your session is forfeited and non-refundable.
- No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your session is forfeited and non-refundable.

Weekly Check-Ins and Emergency Calls:

Weekly check-ins are included as part of your package and are not transferable or refundable if unused. Your one emergency call is available to you at any point during your 8-session package and does not roll over after your package concludes.

Medical Emergencies:

We understand that life — and especially health challenges — can be unpredictable. If you experience a medical emergency requiring hospitalization or immediate medical care, please reach out as soon as you are able. We will work with you individually to find a compassionate solution, which may include pausing your package for up to 60 days or transferring to a future start date.

ADDITIONAL SESSIONS

Session Investment: $175 per one-hour session

Additional sessions are available to current or former package clients who wish to continue coaching beyond their 8-session package. The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies:

- 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.
- No-show: Your session fee is forfeited and non-refundable.

Medical Emergencies:

If you experience a medical emergency within 24 hours of your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as you are able. We will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

GENERAL TERMS

Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Processing fees are non-refundable.
