REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Keri Walker, LLC, doing business as Next, Together™, is committed to providing coaching services with clarity, compassion, and professionalism. This policy explains the payment, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms that apply to our coaching services.By purchasing a coaching service from Next, Together™, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

EIGHT-SESSION COACHING PACKAGE

Standard Investment: $5,000

Next, Together™ may occasionally offer this package at a promotional price. The current promotional investment is $4,000, representing a 20% discount. The amount shown at checkout and stated in the client’s coaching agreement is the amount the client is responsible for paying.

The package includes:

Eight private, one-hour coaching sessions conducted through Zoom
Weekly check-ins during the coaching package
Email support between scheduled sessions
One in-the-moment support call during the eight-session package
Session notes or summaries, when applicable
A welcome gift mailed to the client
One 30-day momentum session following completion of the eight coaching sessions

Specific package details will also be included in the client’s coaching agreement.

PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the option selected at enrollment.

If a payment plan is offered and selected, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments after the seven-day refund period has ended. Choosing not to attend or complete the coaching package does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.

Any refund will be based on the amount the client actually paid. A client who enrolled at a promotional price is not entitled to a refund based on the package’s standard price.

SEVEN-DAY REFUND PERIOD

A client may request a refund within seven calendar days of submitting the initial payment if the client decides the coaching package is not the right fit.

The request must be sent in writing to keri@nexttogether.co before the seven-day period expires.

After the seven-day refund period ends, all payments are non-refundable. When a client enrolls, Next, Together™ reserves time in the coaching schedule and commits preparation, availability, and resources to that client’s experience.

SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.

With 24 hours or more notice: The client may reschedule the session without penalty.
With less than 24 hours’ notice: The session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
No-show: If the client does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Sessions that begin late because of the client’s delayed arrival will still end at the originally scheduled time. If Keri Darling must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will not forfeit the session, and a new time will be arranged.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS AND IN-THE-MOMENT SUPPORT

Weekly check-ins and the in-the-moment support call are included as part of the package. They have no separate cash value and are not transferable or refundable if unused.

The in-the-moment support call is intended to provide coaching support between regularly scheduled sessions. It is not an emergency, medical, mental health, or crisis-response service.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, contact 988 through the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or contact an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND UNEXPECTED HARDSHIP

Next, Together™ understands that illness and unexpected circumstances can affect a client’s ability to participate.

If a client experiences a medical emergency requiring hospitalization or immediate medical care, the client or an authorized representative should contact Next, Together™ as soon as reasonably possible.

These situations will be considered individually. A compassionate solution may include rescheduling an affected session, pausing the coaching package for up to 60 days, or transferring the remaining sessions to a mutually agreed-upon future period.

Any exception to the standard cancellation policy is made at the discretion of Next, Together™ and does not create an obligation to make the same exception in other circumstances.

UNUSED OR UNCOMPLETED SERVICES

Weekly check-ins, support access, coaching sessions, momentum sessions, and other package elements are not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Choosing not to use or complete any portion of the package does not entitle the client to a partial refund or release the client from an agreed payment plan.

STANDALONE OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If Next, Together™ offers a standalone session or another coaching service, the price and terms will be provided before purchase.

Unless different terms are stated in writing, the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling requirements apply:

With 24 hours or more notice: The session may be rescheduled without penalty.
With less than 24 hours’ notice: The payment is forfeited and non-refundable.
No-show: The payment is forfeited and non-refundable.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Next, Together™ does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

OUR COMMITMENT

Next, Together™ believes that you do not have to figure out what comes next alone. Clear policies protect both the client and the coaching practice, but clients will always be treated with compassion and respect.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Keri Walker, LLC reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The policy in effect when a client purchases a coaching service will govern that purchase unless the client and Keri Walker, LLC agree otherwise in writing.
