This 12-week program is designed for introverts facing significant life changes, such as health issues or job loss. Participants will meet weekly in small groups of up to 10. They will focus on building habits, setting boundaries, and making real connections.
The program focuses on practical tools for self-care and stress management. It helps people find meaning and encourages real conversations. There is no pressure to be overly social. It's ideal for those seeking lasting connections.
